In the same manner that the bill of rights today is being undermined by people in power, in the same manner that the commercial space act of 1998 was ignored by the Clinton administration, an ISSA setup that was not controlled by people of a commercial mindset would be exactly what those in power today would want it to be.

Bob I am disappointed in you for not at least addressing this issue.
